The sent of a large demon reached her. Kuro sighed and groaned, sitting up. A low growl escaped her as she watched the creature move throughout the forest.

The demon was heading for Kisakatas' sleeping form.

Kuro knocked it out of the way and stood above the hanyou turned human protectively. She growled and changed into her panther form, fangs barred threateningly.

The demon snarled at her, baring larger fangs. He was circiling to get to the tender flesh she was standing over.

Kuro continued to stand over Kisakata, watching the demon. She didn't move, not daring to.

Kuro glanced back at him, then turned to the demon. Swiftly she lunged forward, jaws clamped around it's throat as she threw it to the ground.

The Demons' claws had scraped her fur. Another demon pounced on Serath, biting the boy who screamed and fought back.

Kuro hissed and then turned aay from the demon, riping the one at Kisakata away. She stood before him protectively, growling low in her throat and snapping visciously when the demons neared.

He was bleeding badly, his neck was unharmed, but his shoulders wouldn't work. He ewas groaning softly.
The Demon coated in Kisakatas' blood smirked. The other one charged again, throwing her off of him. He went back to massacaring his body.

Kuro growled and rebouned, killing the demon quickly. She moved over Kisakata again, claws digging into the ground as she eyed the remaining demon evily. She grolwed and lowered herself closer to him, shielding him completely.

The other demon came at her. He was in bloodlust for human and hanyou blood.
Kisakata whimpered softly. When she was close, she could feel him shivering.

Kuro growled and closed her eyes tightly, taking the hti. A snarl escaped her as she turned and clamped her jaws on the demon's neck, holding down until it went limp. She threw the corpse into a tree and changed into her humanoid form. Taking him in her arms she quickly tended to his wounds, stopping the blood flow.
''Kisakata.''
She said gently, hoping he was conscious still.

He panted softly. He opened a bleary brown eye. He gasped a little.
