He Follwed behind Sayko and when they entered the room he closed the door "Ok... You know the Plague that is spreading across your lands? It was created by my Military but I was pressured into signing the papers allowing them to create these weapons... I had no Plans to use them but While I was gone to the Modern Era The person in my place In charge while I was gone signed the order to launch the deadly plague... I am so sorry" He said as he bowed.

He was insulted at Sayko and rose from his bow but he knew that she was right "I'll see if we have enough Vaccines to supply your people with.... Be patient..." He said sounding quite calm.

He was sickened He knew that it was a bit to late to try and regain full Power over his Empire for the Military Advisors and Council had grown stronger Only the Department of the Imperial Navy stood Strongly by OkamiTaisho's Side and took their orders directly from him. The Imperial Army's Generals in the Council was the ones who had grown corrupt with Power and had no Respect for Their True Leader because he was a Half demon though he was the True OkamiTaisho but now They were growing more and more Powerful in Government the Civilian Section of the Government which was appointed by OkamiTaisho himself was growing Smaller and Smaller and now Supreme Militance was in sight of the Empire. The Imperial Government was ruled mostly by Military but there were a lot of Representatives from the Villages and City's of the Northern Empire who's job was to Represent their People.

After that he Left the room in search of Kia for he felt it was time to head back when a Naval Officer came up to him "Congradulations sir.... OR should I say You're Imperial Majesty..." The Officer then handed him a Note that said that he was given the title of Emperor of the Northern Lands He was happy about it but still a bit upset about what happend earlier so he thanked the Lieutenant and contiued Searching for Kia.

After wandering away from Ina, Kia walked down the hallf, leaning against the wall and sighing.

Then 2 Sailors who were carrying a long Piece of Lumber turned around and accidentally Hit Kia in the Face knocking her on her rear and unconcious but it brought back her Memory and the Sailors put the Lumber down and started Apologizing and helping Kia. Royal stumbled upon what happend and the Sailors immediatly began apologizing desperetly to him "it's ok it's ok Just help me get her awake..." He said and they began fanning her one of the Sailors then pulled out his Canteen and poured some Water on Kia's face.

Kia threw a dagger at the man who said so, said dagger flying inbetween his legs, to dig itself into a wall.
Kia looked up at Royal, smiling sweetly. "I'm fine, Royal-kun." She said, leaning up and kissing him.
