"Y-yeah.. I-i'm su-" Kia couldn't finish her sentence, suprised she was hugged, smiling and hugging back. She let more tears fall.

"I love you too and I will not leave you... But I cannot garentee during this time of War I must lead my Troops in the hopes of Regaining my Empire. According to my Advisors The Imperial Navy is in Support of me but they will play along with the New Government untill the Secret New Ship is built then they will Get all Sailors aboard the ships and Sail to the Port nearest to here. The Imperial Navy has More Sailors than they do of Ships so The Extra sailors I am planning on using as a fighting force for the Land." He said.

Just then an Imperial Guardsmen Stepped up "Sir! General Toka's army is on it's way here!" The Guard said. "Call Full Alarm all Soldiers and Militia to the Passages and roads into this Valley Hold it at all cost use some of the Artillery we have to slow the Enemy down while we get our Forces into Positions!" he ordered and the Guard Nodded and saluted then ran off and did as he was told.

But We must not surrender they will do terrible things to the Females here before killing them and they will Massecre us all and there will be no one to Justify their Wrong doings... I know General Toka And he's a Monster I wouldn't be surprised if he Joined up with Naraku... I Will not let them get you Kia... don't worry..." He said then there was the Booming of the Artillery Pieces.

"Kia... I must go now to survey the Battle... Please Wait for me here I will return..." He said as he then Hugged Kia Tightly not letting go before finally Releasing her and kissing her before he left the room and walked out to the Parade ground where his Horse was and he mounted on his horse and took one last look at Kia and he waved before he then rode off through the Open Gates to Lead his Troops into Battle.

He rode out towards the Road passage that leads into the Valley and as he neared he could hear Explosions and Automatic Gunfire. When he arrived he dismounted from his horse and went to the Command post there and from there he could see all his troops that were taking cover behind Rocks and inside Trenches and they were firing at the Soldiers of General Toka and they were winning Because General Toka's Men were caught out in the open and had no Cover from the Snipers on the Ridge and machine guns and the Riflemen and they were forced to retreat. "Good job..." Royal said to the Commander of the Defense there and the Commander bowed "Thank you Your Imperial Majesty..." The Hanyou Commander replied.

Back at the castle
O-ren was riding on a horse towards the castle she was told that Royal was locted inside by a village woman.She reached the gate and paused waiting for the gaurds to recognoze her.

The Guards Halted her and asked her who she was and what was her business coming to the Castle. Just then Royal came riding back to the Castle after the victory and he rode in through the gates of the Castle and the Guards saluted him and he saluted back as he rode into the castle. Royal didn't notice O-ren.

O-ren was a bit dissapointed that Royal didnt notice her but didnt let it bother her.O-ren focued her attention back at the gaurds."I am O-ren ishii Lady of a small town nearby.I need to discuss important buisness about my town with Okamitaisho."she lied.O-ren was becoming accustumed to the things in the fuedal era so she was adapting to the old ways.
