Night Strike
In both her natural and panther form she can seemingly disappear into the shadows and then strike her opponent unseen. She is not quite invisible, but merely is able to blend in with a shadow exceptionally well. She rarely uses this, though.
(Kinda hard to explain. She just basically blends in with the shadows and then uses her claws as a surprise attack.)
Crimson Rage
Once she becomes angry enough (which isn't all that hard), her body will automatically transform into a larger version of a panther. She will seemingly lose all sense of humanity and attack fiercely and mercilessly until her opponent is dead. However, she will usually return to normal once her opponent has fallen. During this stage, she can feel no pain, no sorrow, only anger. (Similar to InuYasha, but her demon blood will not COMPLETELY take over).
Transform
Kurohyou can change from her natural form (hanyou) to a panther. Not a large panther, just a regular-sized panther with enhanced abilities.

Kurohyou, as a hanyou, has the strength of at least ten men while in her natural form. However, while she is the the shape of a panther, she has twice the strength of that.

Being a feline, her speed is greater than any human's or non-demonic animal. She can probably run at about fifty to sixty miles per hour in her natural form. As a panther her speed is increased by about ten miles per hour.
Senses
Sight - Kuro's eyesight is very defined. She can see farther and sharper than any human. Also, she has nocturnal vision. Bright light (sun-ish) hurt her eyes
Hearing - Like all animal hanyou's, Kurohyou can hear the faintest whisper. Especially loud noises hurt her ears, though she could even hear a leaf fall.
Smell - Her sense of smell is not as powerful as a dog demon's, but she can still smell things humans cannot (glass, etc.)
Weakness: Her feline curiosity, occasionally too trusting, kinda temperamental, and the left crescent moon

Even though Kurohyou is two hundred years old in human years, she appears to be at least sixteen. She stands about five feet and five inches, seven inches including the ears. Her skin is milky white, but she also has various demon markings all along her body. All the markings are black, except for one under her left eye that is green. Her eyes are extremely bright green, as in cannot even begin to describe green. Her hair is long, ending below her waist line, and wavy; her hair is colored darker than the darkest night shadow. A single lock in her hair is a deep violet, which she has braided and held together by a silver clasp.
Her body is lean, yet very muscular. She has long limbs and a short torso. Her face is ovular(sp?) and she has narrow eyes with thin elegant brows and long lashes. Her lips are naturally black.
Panther
Like every panther, she has a dark coat with black spots. She stands about waist high to the average man at the shoulder, and about chest high at the head. Her coat is very dark and one would have to look extremely close to see the spots. Beneath her ebony coat rippling muscles are visible. Her eyes remain the same bright emeralds.
Human
Her creamy, pale skin darkens slightly and her long, wavy, thick hair dulls slightly, becomes straight, and thins out. Her eyes go to a dull brown and her lips transform from black to slight peach color. Kuro looses her demon markings, tail, cat ears, claws, and fangs. Her features and body structure remain the same, though.
Emotional: Kurohyou is a loner, like most felines are. She is not comfortable around too many other presences, yet she is very kind to any species. However, if one appears threatening she is very cold and hostile. She tries not to be hostile toward any hanyou, no matter how threatening they may be. During a fight she can easily take care of herself and can usually defeat her opponent. However, if the situation proves too dangerous she has the brains to flea. Kuro prefers to stay in her panther form, mainly because of her slightly enhanced abilities and her warm fur.
Background:
**PLEASE NOTE I know that the series doesn't mention demons on the mainland, but it doesn't mention the mainland either. SO I have my character's background from the mainland so it does explain her ability to transform even though she is a hanyou. If this is not ok, I'll probably just make her a youkai. Even though hanyous are more fun.

Their natural form is similar to the animal, but usually larger with different traits. The panther demons were hunted along the mainland so they fled to Japan. However, they had arrived upon a stronger demon's territories and all but two survived. They only gave birth to one cub, though. The panther demoness fell in love with a human, whom died before any of her cubs were born.
Kuro was the youngest of seven cubs. Her mother was very kind and gentle, her brother (Dai) was closest to her. The reason is unclear, but both had very unusual eye color for a panther demon. Panther demons had deep brown eyes, but Dai had golden eyes and Kuro had her father's eyes. Kuro thinks it was because their birth time was so close. During the cubs first lesson in hunting, she was separated from the rest of the group. When she finally caught up her entire family was dead. It turns out four demon slayers had killed them. Crimson rage was ignited and she killed the four slayers. Since then she has wandered on, living on her own.
Her 'religion' (for lack of a better word) is different from any other. Her eldest ancestor, Akki, was a very powerful panther demon. He looks over his descendent's, and, as Kuro is the last one, she feels very close to him. It is forbidden for anyone under the Akki name to kill unless for survival. When Kurohyou killed the four slayers, she did it out of revenge and ever since she has had visions and thoughts of her families death being her fault.

The forest surrounding the canal was dark as it was night. A half moon hung in the sky, helping the smaller stars give off a silvery ray. A small Japanese deer sprinted through the forest, sweat glistening over its fur. Not far behind was a large black panther, coat darker than any night shadow. Strong muscles rippled beneath her ebony coat as she bounded after the deer. Deep emerald eyes shone through the night darkness, locked on their prey.
Bunching her hind quarters, the panther leaped foreword and dug her claws into the hide of the deer, jaws locked onto the neck. The deer fell to the ground, kicking and flailing in attempt to escape its predator. The panther held on, waiting until the deer fell limp. Once the prey was dead, the panther let go and changed into a hanyou. She was very pale, as pale as the moon above here, and had demon markings decorating her body. Her hair was long and wavy, as ebony as her panther coat. A single purple lock was braided and held together by a silver band. Her eyes were emerald green, glistening and shining in the dark. She had tail, ears, claws, and sharp fangs.
'Ah, dinner.'
She said pleasantly as she lifted the corpse over her shoulder and stood. The thrill of the hunt was still pulsating through her body, though. Her tail flickered with restlessness as she began to walk on. She returned to her camp sight, just beneath a large tree with a wound mark beneath it. She dumped the carcass in front of the fire and sat on her bear skin blanket. With a small smile, she began to skin the deer with her claws. Once the skin was off she cut up the meat and then cleaned the skin. A soft song came to her mind and she began to hum peacefully as she cooked the deer meat. Her bright emerald eyes stared upon the flames, and she saw her brother in the fire.
A soft sigh escaped her midnight lips as she remembered the short time she had with her family. The smell of burnt meat pulled her from her thoughts and she quickly took the meat away from the fire and ate silently, the cool atmosphere calming her.
