powers: He commands a strong force who's members are mostly Special Forces as he was. He is Physically Healthy due to he was in the Special Forces.
abilites/techniques: He is skilled in Hand to hand Combat and Stealth. He is a Skilled Swordsmen due to his strong wanting to keep his Samurai Blood alive in himself. He is also a Marksmen with a Pistol and a Rifle. He is skilled with a Combat Knife and can take on a bunch of guys at one time. He is Skilled in Martial Arts as well.

Physical: He is 5'3 weighing at 140lbs Most of the time while in the city He wears his Army Green Class A Uniform of the J.G.S.D.F with Service Officers Dress Cap. On some Occaisions he'll wear BDU's(Battle Dress Uniform) which is J.G.S.D.F Issue. He will usually wear his Special Forces Beret with his BDU's. He has round glasses much like that the Japanese had during WWII. He is Physically Healthy due to being in the Special Forces. Though he looks a bit old and not much like he could kick butts He can Beat up a bunch of Armed American Gangsta's with just his bare hands.
Emotional: He is very Prideful and doesn't take kindly to Insults. He is Cold Hearted and not afraid to kill anyone. He is also very Strict to his Subordinates. He doesn't fear anything almost. It is possible that he might have a soft side but then again it's possible that he doesn't.
Background: he was Born in the Outskirts of Hiroshima. When he was a young boy his Father was killed at the Battle of Okinawa during a Banzai Charge. It was hard on him and his mother but because his Father was an Imperial Army Officer they got benefits that included food and stuff needed to survive. Then on August 6, 1945 Kozuke was walking walking down a dirt road heading toward the City portion of Hiroshima when there was a bright light and so stunned and blinded temporarily by the light he fell backwards then he heard the roar of the Explosion. Ever since then he has held a Hatred for Americans especially after he saw the horrors of the Atomic Bomb. After the War ended and the Japanese Military restored as means for only defense and Peace keeping Operations he Enlisted when he was of age Pursuing his Families Strong military Career and service to the Emperor. All his ancestors were Military they were Samurai they served Japan for all their life and history. He later Began thinking that the Emperor should be in Controll again and not the Democratic Parliamental Prime Minister and thus he formed a secret military organization of his own Special Forces soldiers that thought Japan should be an Imperial Nation again and Rise to number one in the world. Because the Military Organization that he had formed was Special Forces they could do things that regular Soldiers couldn't. They also have the backing of members in the Ground Self Defense Force's Helicopter corps Thus making it possible for them to move in through Helicopters and move out from Helicopters.
Sample RP: Colonel Nishihara walked among the Formation of his Special Forces Soldiers inspecting their Uniforms checking if everything was tip top and the best. "What is this?!" the Colonel said as he noticed a thread on one of the soldier's Uniform. "Have this man Taken to the Mess hall Have him clean the slops and wash the Dishes and peal Potatoes or Onions or what ever they have..." the Colonel said and his Executive Officer responded "Yes sir". The Colonel then continued onward inspecting his men.

His Class A Uniform with the Service Dress Cap is the one the guy, inbetween the guy with the BDU and the guy wearing the suit, is wearing. And the BDU uniform w/ beret is the one the guy with the Japanese Flag patch on his shoulder except because he's special forces his beret is Green.
