I heard at the end of Inuyasha Kagome is turned into a Dog Demon and later on Inuyasha and Kagome have kids but this may not be true.

Yeah I seen a pic of Inuyasha, Kagome, and their children and Kagome had Cat or dog ears it was cool but Kagome looked funny with dog/Cat ears.

There is a rumor going around that Inuyasha and Kagome's children do NOT come in till the second series of Inuyasha (Which is what their making now in Japan) What you also said was when Inuyasha does turn into a demon on the last episode, and of course, Kagome does save him. (Sorry for the Spoiler... -.-)
