The Soldiers that had ran passed Diaco made it to the Slayers village and as they reached they neared the Slayers village they slowed down to a regular march and they marched to an open field outside of the Slayers village and formed up next to the other Formed up Battalions that were there. As All the Troops within distance of the Slayers village were formed up Then they were all called to attention and the Imperial Okami marching band formed up right outside the Slayers village and There was the Command of Present Arms was sounded then the Imperial Okami Marching Band began playing the tune of Hawai'i Pono'i The Hawaiian National Anthem but Royal had adopted it as the National Anthem of his Northern Empire. As the Band begun playing the Flag of OkamiTaisho/Kagura, and the Flag of the Imperial Okami Army/Navy was raised on the Flag pole in the Slayers Village. When the Band was finished playing and the Flag was fully risen the Commands of Order Arms was sounded and the Commands echoed through the land. Then General Lord OkamiTaisho V walked up infront of the Formation. "Yesterday... September 2nd at 3:20am The Empire of the Northern Lands was suddenly and deliberetly Attacked by Naval and Land Forces of the Russian Lands. I have met with my Advisors and We all Agree that War shall be declared. As of this moment we are at War We have lost one village on the Eastern Part of the Northern Tip of Honshu. All were killed No mercy was given... But... We do have an Advantage Though our numbers may not be as large as the invading force we have Better and more advanced Weapons... Sure Are ARmies and Navys are still growing but we will Beat the Russians They will not Claim our Lands! They will not Rape our Women, They will Not Massecre our People! We will go into battle with honor and we will die with honor! And we will Punish those who dare invade our Empire! BANZAI!!!! KAGURA-SAMA HAIKA BANZAI!!!!" Royal Shouted and threw his arms in the air with his Katana in his right hand his troops copied him and shouted the same cheer he did and through their arms in the air with their rifles in their hands. Royal still held the Position of General Lord and Kagura was still in the position of basically a Figure head ruler of the Entire Northern Empire There for they shouted long live Lady Kagura for thousands of Generations in Japanese.
