Shiro's Cave

[Bankotsu]

Shiro was flying and he was getting pretty tired. Shiro figured that he had better get back his cave before he completely gave out. Shiro looked down and could see his cave and he swooped down making a big thump when he landed. Shiro walked into his cave and went fast to sleep.

As he was walking in the forest he saw a Huge creature flying overhead then he lost sight of the creature due to the trees blocking and then he heard a loud Thump and the ground shook a bit he walked towards the area where the Huge creature had gone to inspect what was that creature and what happend.

Shiro opened one eyes hearing that someone was coming. Shiro stayed laying down and out of sight. Shiro couldn't be seen from inside his cave because of his black body. Shiro waited to see if someone was coming or it was just a false alarm.

He caught a strange scent which he thought must have been the creature then he spotted a cave and he slowly approached the cave he held his rifle ready to shoot but not aiming he then leaned against the wall next to the cave entranced he slowly peeked his head out but not enough to be see fully and he couldn't see much but he thought he saw a dark figure in the cave he debated if he should enter the cave.

Shiro got up from laying down. His cave was now threatened a strange person. Shiro could smell that it wasn't a human and not a youkai. Shiro didn't know what it was, but it wasn't going to invade his territory as the other male dragon did a long time ago. Shiro could see something out of his cave and it looked like a mix of a human and a youkai. Shiro waited to see what this strange hanyou was going to do.

As he stood with his back against the wall by the cave entrance he then reached for the the bayonet that was attached to his rifle when he found it in the cache in the Ko'olau mountains. He then attached the bayonet to his rifle and he was breathing in a fear and suspense of what he should find in the cave he then jumped out in the open and he faced the entrance and he held his bayoneted rifle pointed at the inside of the cave at a Charge ready position ready to impale what ever may attack as he looked into the cave and he slowly advanced into the cave "Is anyone there?" he said as he slowly walked into the cave.

As he walked into the cave he stumbled on a rock and he tripped and fell "ack!" he shouted as he then got up to a kneeling position and by now he could see the Huge creature he was filled with some fear since he had never seen a creature like that he then started walking backwards toward the entrance of the cave he kept his rifle ready to fire incase he should have to defend himself but he knew that by the looks of the creature that his bullets will not penetrate the creatures skin.

Shiro saw as the man was backing up. Shiro started walking towards the man. Shiro opened his mouth and blew fire all over the cave in hopes that he hit the man. Shiro didn't know wether he hit the man or not. Shiro neared the end of the cave an waited to see were the man was.

By now he was running away from the cave he had felt a fierce heat much like fire chasing him as he ran out he was lucky that he didn't catch fire. He ran to a nearby rock and hid behind it and watched the creature as it neared the cave entrance ["that looks like a Dragon! I didn't know they existed! I thought they were only Folk tales!"]he thought to himself.

Shiro walked out of the cave. Shiro spread his massive wings and took flight looking for the man that intruded. All that was in Shiro's cave was the bones of dead humans. Shiro set out to look to the human. He wasn't going to venture to far. He flew off over the forest looking for the strange man. Shiro was thinking that the man would go into his cave. He decided to keep looking for the man, flying high above the trees. Shiro had exellent site and could see something if it moved.

He remained still as he watched as the Dragon like creature flew around. He didn't have any strong enough firearms to kill a Dragon since the bullets would bounce of its thick and hard skin he thought that he'd shoot the Dragon's wing in the hopes of preventing if from flying so he could escape. He took aim at the Dragon and he aimed for the Dragon's wing with his rifle and then he shot at the dragon's wing and he quickly reloaded and remaind still as he kneeled behind a rock near a tree and some bushes so he couldn't be seen.

Shiro had a little hole in his wing it didn't prevent him from flying but he did land. When he landed he made a big noise. He saw where the gun was fired. Shiro blew fire near the rock in hopes that it would incinerate him. Shiro waited for the smoke to clear, but some of the dead grass was on fire and he couldn't see if he killed the man or not. He waited longer for the smoke to clear.

Royal had jumped into the tree as he saw the flames coming. but the fire was beginning to spread he jumped out of the tree over the flames and he began running at a very fast speed towards somewhere anywere away from here.

Shiro then took flight thinking that he could see the man a little better. The hole in his wing was making hard for him to fly. Shiro had to use twice the strength to keep flight. Shiro knew that he didn't have much time to find the intruder, so he flew high over the trees hoping that he could see someone.

As Royal ran through the forest away from the dragon he saw the dragon's shadow fly overhead and he looked up as the Dragon passed over him. He wondered what he should do.
