A deafening scream could be heard throughout the forest. It broke the tranquil and eerie silence that lingered in the air. The scream was horrifying, it was a scream that a person gave off just before they were killed. Despite what many thought about how dreadful the scream sounded, Zankoku found it quite pleasant. The shadow youkai stood there with the blade of his kusarigama still deep in his former clan member’s chest. The dead body was slumped over onto Zankoku until it was shoved off to the ground. His crimson eyes gazed around the scenery. Simply put, it looked like the trees and foliage had been bathed in blood.
It was yet another failed attempt by Zankoku’s clan to capture him and return him to the south. The shadow youkai was a bit surprised that they were still pursuing him even after so many years had passed. Though no matter how much more boring the battles grew, Zankoku never could get over the sight of all of the spilled blood after a fight like this. It was so pleasing to his eyes. Even the pain he felt from his wounds were a bit satisfying.
”I can‘t walk around covered in all of this blood.” thought Zankoku, finding the urge to clean his blade too strong. He fell to his temptations and brought the kusarigama’s blade to his mouth and began licking it free of the blood. It was delicious to say the least. The shadow youkai barely ever missed an opportunity to taste the blood of his victims, sometimes even his own.

Kashi walked through the forest when he heard the defining screem of Zankoku's victim's cry for life before he was slan buy Zankoku."What was that..."Kashi asked himself. He cought the sent of the blood that was everywere right after saying that.Kashi started following the sent for about 2 min when he found Zankoku,licking the blood off his blade and loking pleased."Thats just sickniing." Kashi said when he walked uo about 10 feet away from Zankoku."How could you just lick the blood of you're blade and be happy about it, Its just wrong!"Kashii said with some anger in his voice.
Kashi then looked at the blood everywere and put his sleave over his nouse."The smell of the blood..Its sickning...."Kashi said." Why did you do this you Shadow Youkai?"Kashi asked Zankoku.
Kashi's red eyes glimed with anger as he looked around beter at all the blood from what the Shadow Youkai had done.Kashi knew that Zankoku was a Shadow Youkai because of his sent. Kashi was barly even able to tell his sent from the bloods smells.

Zankoku’s crimson eyes opened and shifted towards the newcomer as he approached and spoke in a scolding tone. The kusarigama fell back to Zankoku’s side as he calmly gazed at the man, or rather youkai, possibly a mixture of the two. Zankoku had to assume this stranger had some sort of demon blood coursing through his body if he adorned canine ears atop his head. He looked quite young, allowing the shadow youkai to assume that he would not pose much of a threat to him if he attempted an attack. After all, one so young could not possibly learn to master fighting skills. Unless however they happened to be a prodigy like Zankoku was to his clan.
“What does it matter to you? I do not believe this concerns you.” Zankoku spoke calmly, “Now leave.”

In the Forest 10 Wolf Hanyou Samurai of Emperor OkamiTaisho V were approaching the seen. The Samurai were armed with Muskets, Not really the most Advanced Compare to the Soldiers of General Toka but it would balance things out a bit. The Flags on the Backs of the Samurai could be seen it was the banner of the OkamiTaisho Family.

"No..."Kashi replyed with a angerd voice. His eyes turned with an more angerd look." You should not be doing this...Now stop killing people for the hell of it you damn dumbass shadow youkai." He ordered Zankoku. Kashi growled at the shadow youkai Zankoku. Then Kashi ears twiched at he turned around and shot a powerful lightning bolt into the forest at the wolf samuarai. Making a huge exsplowtion blowing allot of them out of hiding.
"Get out of here now..." Kashi growled.

About 7 of the Wolf hanyou Samurai were blown away the 3 remaining fired their muskets back to cover themselves as their leader Shouted "PULL BACK RETREAT BACK TO THE VALLEY!" Then all of the remaining Samurai began retreating from the area back to the Valley in the Mountains where OkamiTaisho Castle is located.

Kashi just toke hold of the Thunder Pendent and it started to glow brightly and turned into Berak the Thunde God Katana. He started spining it rapedly and defleting all the shots from hiting his self and the SAhadow demon. After they stoped fireing he then put his hand out tordes where they went and shot a missale af lightning at them as they retreated.
"Die!" He yelled as the anger toke conrtol of him.
He then turned back to Zankoku." Now you leave and stop killing people before you join them." He said as he pointed at a few of the bodys ith his sword.

Zankoku heard the approaching samurai as they marched through the dense forest. He couldn’t help but wonder why they would be in such a place as this, especially wind up conveniently where he and this odd demon were. As the canine youkai insulted Zankoku, he didn’t appear to be phased in the least bit. Rather, intrigued by the demon’s choice of wording. It was such an uncommon word for him that he felt as if he had to sound it out. “Dumb...ass?” Zankoku asked silently to himself in interest. Such a foul word to use. Though it only brought a faint grin to the shadow demon’s already calm face.
Zankoku shifted his crimson eyes to the canine demon as he held out his hand and shot a bolt of electricity into the area where the samurai were approaching. The explosion was rather impressive. However not Zankoku’s style. This stranger’s tactics seemed all about flash and big attacks. Too noisy for Zankoku’s taste, but then again he was used to more stealthy, quick, and precise strikes. The sound of gunshots were heard though yet again Zankoku just stood there and observed. As if he knew something were going to intercept the bullets. Indeed he was right. This strange flashy demon deflected the attacks with ease.
“Maybe it would help you if you knew what was taking place?” said Zankoku calmly, his face returning to that normal state of lacking expression. “I shall not leave because you demand of it. These bodies still must be disposed of by myself.”

"Suit you're self.."He said geting his rare eveil look on his face as he swong the sword at Zankoku with the lighting swiftly zaping up the sword with silents, the sword was almost as if touched would fry any normal demon of human's internal ogens beacuse of the power and magnatude of the energy of the sword. Kashi knew that it wouldent hit him cus he is in Ninja cloths and he would be vary fast so he just stoped the sword riiight the the tip of Zankoku's nose.
"I said to leave. now get out of here demon..."Kashi growled.

Zankoku didn’t seem to flinch as the blade was swung at him. The tip just barely touching the end of his nose. A small spark jumped off and hit Zankoku’s nose, though it only proved in giving a slight tingling sensation to him. The shadow youkai couldn’t help but smirk once again. His crimson eyes focusing across the blade and into this stranger’s eyes. Zankoku’s gaze could be quite intimidating at times, even when he did not mean it to be. Aside from just frightening, Zankoku’s eyes could also be deadly tools of death.
The question of why this demon stopped came to Zankoku’s mind. Maybe this child was smarter than he expected? After all, Zankoku was full and ready so simply duck her lean back to dodge the attack and create a counter attack. This kid quite possibly already foresaw such a thing and halted his attack. Though he was lucky Zankoku was not the jumpy type or he would have struck back by now.
“I surely hope that you are not trying to intimidate me with that glare and that animalistic snarl are you?” Zankoku asked calmly, a grin still playing on his soft lips. “What if I choose not to leave...and instead told you to do so?”

"Then...you will be made to leave...." Kashi said with a calm voice and with a bored look on his face now.
Just after saying that, lightning riped out of the sword and right out in Zanoku's face swiftly. Kashi was just testing his speed Beacuse only a true Ninjajutsu master could dodge this.
With Kashi other, unoccupied hand kashi also was sending a punch with lightning rippling around his hand from the left making it extremely hard for him to dodge from being attacked with the sword only about a CM from his face rippling out lighting and his fist also empowered by lightning heading turds him swiftly. Kashi was still just testing him and not near full power.

The bolt of electricity that lashed out from the blade seemed to hit Zankoku. Though instead of anything happening to him, he simply disappeared. His figure seemed to just distort until it faded into nothing. A soft masculine chuckle came from the surrounding forest. Zankoku had slipped himself into the darkness and cover of the think shrubbery of the forest, and with his ninja stealth it was quite near impossible to find him unless you followed his voice. However that was just it...his voice wasn’t coming from the surrounding area... it was coming from inside Kashi’s own mind.
~Dear boy...you should have seen through that little illusion. I had set that up earlier when you were distracted by those samurai~ Zankoku admitted, sending his thoughts straight into the canine demon’s mind.
At that moment the shadows that the trees cast began twirling around upon the ground. All of them seemed to twist and shape into horrifying images before slowly creeping towards Kashi. The shadows then began appearing to be flat two dimensional figures of people crawling on the ground. Once they came to the canine youkai’s feet they began reaching up slowly from the ground, the shadows become more three dimensional looking once they left the ground.
~Young one, how can you fight what you cannot harm...or for that matter see?~ Zankoku thought to Kashi once again. It was not his turn to test this boy.

Kashi started laughing."Though I am a kid, this doesnt effect me." He said as he laughed. Kasi then rased his hand and then a ton of lightning started forming at the tip and lighted the area. making his 3D shadows dissaper."So Illustions is all you have mr Ninja?" Kashi asked laughing." Are you to scared to just fight a little 13 year old Hanyou?" He laughed even more at Zankoku little trick."What a chicken." He said as he stoped with the lightning and it got dark again."So come on...Try to slit my throut or some shit like that Ninja/Shadow Demon."
Kashi yawned and waited to hear or see from the Ninja. He already had a good guess at where he was beacuse of his ears picking up any sound from him walking/Rune/Jumping or what ever. Kashi then closed his eyes focesing on hearing then turned into the area where Zankoku was. He slowly put his hand out and then shot a fast bolt of lightning at the area. blowing it up and anything in the area unless he was fast evough to dodge it.

Kaze had been wandering around this area. The small pale human child had been follow the directions of the wind as it was ever changing, bringing her to the weirdest, yet most wonderous places. Her ears had picked up on the sound of an explosion and curiousity had sparked in her ten year old mind. There was no wind today. Not even a single leaf was blowing in any direction. She was free to go where she liked for now, till the wind lead her off somewhere else.
Slowly, she made her way toward where she had heard the explosion, her bare feet making little sound as she moved. She spotted a man, clearly not a human, and started wondering if he was the cause of the explosion. She figured so. Although at the same time she wondered why. She walked closer to the man. Not a fear in her ten year old head as she came closer to him. Her innocent sea green eyes were staring at the man's back, till she was close enough to touch him. She gently tugged at his sleeve from behind.
She had by now figured out that it was no demon though. Only half. Although that was of no importance. She would just ask her question. That was all.
"Why did you blow up this area?" Her oddly silent voice asked, sounding more like a whisper, or as the wind on a calm day.

He glanced down at the little humen girl."Little girl...Not the time for you to be here....."Kashi was growling slghtly cus he knew that Zankoku was gone. He lowerd his arm and closed his eyes back. He then turned around, facing where the little girl was and then walked past the girl. He dident really care about if the girl followed him.
