Faith coughed up another gob of blood as she stumbles on, her eyes fiery bright. She nearly trips over her paws, her body reverting to it's animal form. Her tongue lulls out to the side as she tries to find a safe place to hide.
She can hear the angry humans trying to chase after her and quickly limps as best as she can to a small little wolf's den. She lay's her weary kitsune body down, her furry hide trembling from the pain.
Her dark blue fur matted with blood as arrows stick out at her here and there. "P... Please, so... someone save me," she gasped weakly before passing out hoping the villagers will pass her.

Ark's nose sniffled back as he caught scent of blood.He was in his wolf form,black with a scar on his chest and side of his face.He followed the scent quickly and he saw a figure up ahead,it was a wolf.He saw how badly wounded she was and trotted up to her in a hurry."Are you ok?"He asked in a calm voice.Ark saw the villagers coming,so he grabbed Faith with his fangs and dragged her away,safe from the villagers.He let go of her and stared at her awaiting for her to awaken.

Feverish ice blue eyes open only to stare into a pair of wolf eyes. She finds herself trying to bolt upright her little kitsune heart beating a mile a minute.
"W... Wolf," she cries out desperately and all three of her fox tails bristle out as she looks at him. She quickly tries to freeze him up but even before the air gets slightly chilly she whimpers and falls over.
"D... Don't eat me. Please I..." she gasped before the world goes dark for her again.

Ark stared at Faith.(A fox..)He stared long and hard at her before relizing how bad she was.He gripped the arrows that was in her with his teeth and pulled them out carefully,after he did so he turned human and ripped some cloth off his cloths and bandaged the wounds tight so she wouldn't bleed to death.As he sat down he was a wolf again,laying down with his back legs tucked underneath him and his head resting on his front legs which was spread out.

She wakes up for a second time with a pounding headache but this time she is able to transform into her humanoid form. Clawed fingers run to her midnight blue hair as she looks around at her surroundings with curious ice blue eyes.
Faith then nearly jumps up and yelps but quickly clamps her hands over her mouth. She notices the wolf and attempts to crawl away but she winces in pain. She places her hand to her side looking at the blood but realizes she doesn't have arrows in her anymore.
"Y... You helped me? Why?" She looked at him in suprised prepared to run if she had to.

Ark perked his head up and glanced at Faith."Why wouldn't I?I have no reason to kill you if that's what you was thinking i was going to do."He turned in his human form,kneeling down with his arms crossed."I saw the villagers after you,what did you do to make them do this?"He asked curious as to why she was attacked.

She smiles at him weakly before looking away. "It was because... it was because I was born like this," she sighed and brandished off her claws and fox tails. "They see a demon and either run in fear or kill," she mumbles and combes her fingers through her hair.
"And there was no way I could go as a fox because do to the famine now I'll be like someone's main course," she laughs bitterly before looking at him. "My name is Faith," she smiles and holds out her hand. "And yours?"

Ark looks at her hand and uncrosses his arms,outstetching his right hand."Ark."He shook her hand and crossed back his arms."Are you ashamed to be a fox?"He asked curiously.

Faith shakes her head no still smiling. "Of course not, I'm quite proud of my fox heritage. But it still doesn't mean I'm not uneasy around human villages. A girl tries to be friendly and they want to make her resemble swiss cheese," she scowls shaking his hand before letting go.
"I was actually trying to find Sesshomaru... I finally managed my way back to the fuedal era and I wanted to tell him that I didn't abandon him. I was tricked," she sighs then laugh. "But you probably think I'm silly don't you?"

Ark skakes his head."Well i don't know who Sesshoumaru is,but I don't think you silly."He layed one leg flat and rests his arm on it.

"Well that's good to hear," she nods her head and prods a finger cautiously against one of her wounds. "Sesshy or more precisely Lord Sesshomaru is the Lord of the Western Lands. And it so happens that my father is the Lord of the Eastern Lands."
"Though since I haven't been in the fuedal era for more then seventy years I think my parents think I'm dead," she laughed bitterly and lays down with a weak groan. "I'm so screwed."

Ark looked down at Faith."Well if you would visit them they would be happy,and forget any sore feelings towards you because you left."He glanced over and traced the scent of someone with his head.He stood up and looked,seeing the villagers in front of them,yet the two of them was hidden behind a bush."Why didn't you kill them when they attacked you?"He asked calmly.

"Two wrongs don't make a right you know," she smiled sadly as she raised her hand up to look at her fingers. "Besides... when I was trapped in the modern world some ningens were kind enough to become my foster parents. Now what do you think they would say if I go off killing their kind?" she raises an eyebrow to look at him inquiringly.

Faith laughs. "Look at you being all nuturing and caring to a total stranger. I was ready to bolt and yet you stayed by my side," she mused thoughtfully turning her head a bit to look at him.
"It takes more then a few arrows to kill me," she boasted proudly but for an instant doubt shown in her azure orbs.
She turned her head away from him still laying down and looks at some foliage. "Besides... how can I die without saying goodbye to the people I love? Kami can't be that cruel again... not when he has taken so much for me already," she sighed tearfully.
Her arms instinctively wrapping around herself as if to shield herself from the world.
