laying by the river taking a small nap kia tossed and turned a little until she woke up and accidently fell in the river."eep!!" jumping out and spitting out all the water she scowled."damnit just my choice to take a nap by a damn river!"kicking a rock into it she realized she had a small pang in her stomach."ok ok i'm gonna get somethin to eat,but first to change out of these clothes."grabbing a small bag she took out another kimono she had incase of emrgencies and changed out of her currently soaked kimono into the other she took out a small spear and aimed at the river,throwing it at just the right time she caught a few fish and pulling the spear out.putting it by her bag she started a fire to cook the fish pulling them off of the spear and eating them in record time.full and ready she layed down a safe distence from the water this time taking a much deserved nap.

waking up in the night sensing someone watching her she jumped up drawing the poision katana looking around.then the bush started rustling.she prepared to what was going to come out and suddenly....a rabbit jumped out of the bush!swearing loudly as she does she sheathed the poision katana and layed back down.only to be picked up roughly in the jaws of a snake youkai."FUCK!!!!!"she screamed as one of the fangs sank into her arm.quickly taking out a dagger from her pocket and stabbing the snake in the head the snake let her go with a loud cry and fell to the ground with kia still in it's jaws.crawling out slowly the venom taking effect in her blood stream she fought to stay awake only to succumb to the venom and pass out.

She walked along the dirt road, in a quick but poised pace. Her sense of keen smell brought her to see a girl, lying face down on the ground, face pale. Rushing to her aid, she set het bow and quiver beside her as she began to tend to the girls' wounds, if any.

Seeing her arm looking like it had been impaled by something, she quickly bandaged and cured the poision that had slightly spread throughout her body. Whatever demon it was, had desparted or had died. Looking down, she saw a dagger, the tip of the blade covered in purplish blood. Frowning, she prepared a cot for the girl, hopeful that she would awaken before any more demons attacked.

kia woke up with a throbbing head and a woozy feeliing.groaning a bit and then sitting up she saw a neko youkai a few feet away from her."hey what the hell?!"she shouted and got up a bit too quickly because the woozy feeling increased causing her to sway a little."ah, damnit"she swore sitting down on the cot she was laying on.

staring curiously at the neko before her she said."what do you want with me youkai?a fast meal perhaps?"gripping the handle of her katana standing up and glaring at the neko youkai once again."well this wolf won't bacome food to a measily neko."she said drawing her katana getting into a battle position.
