Wanting to leave the school, Kimiko pushed her way through the mass of other students and was finally out the front doors. She felt as if her arms were almost bruised from all the pushed she had done, but at least she was out of there.
Finally the day is over.. I can't wait to get home. Kimiko thought o her self as she began walking down the side walk.
Kimiko decided on her way home that she would wonder around for a while to get to know the area a little better. Her feet began killing her and so she sat down on a few steps that seemed to be leading up to some shrine.
I still have a long way till I get home.. I'll just rest my feet here... I'm sure no one will care.. Kimiko laid back on the steps, watched the cars go by, and waited for her feet to stop hurting.

Kamoku walked down the side walk, While he waslked infront of the Shrine Stairs his eye cought sight of Kimiko. He turned and looked at her. He thought to himself.'She must be new here...Cus I never seen her.' He walked up to her."He..Hello miss, Why are you just siting here on thse stairs?"He asked her, He was stutering a little from his shyness kicking in.

Kimiko wasn't paying attention when the strange walked up to her. She looked up at him and smiled politely.
"Hello there.. I'm just resting my feet.. I've been walking a lot today." Kimiko quickly jumped up and grabbed her backpack. "This isn't private property or anything is it??"
She walked away from the steps and looked back at the stranger. She then looks back at the steps making sure she hadn't dropped anything and then turned her attention back on the stranger.
"Oh, my name is Kimiko..." She held out her had and smiled.

"Its the Higurashi's Shrine's steps...I do not think its really in the property line though."He said He then Lightly toke hold of her hand and shoke it, His shyness was making him sweet slightly.."My name i..is Kamoku."He said, studering from him being shy."So..Are you new around here Kimiko?"He asked her.

Kimiko shook his hand back gently, let go.. and waited a moment before answering Kamoku. She pulled the hair out of her eyes a bit and looked back up at him.
"Its nice to meet you.. Kamoku.." Kimiko said with a soft smile. "..Um yeah I'm new here.. I just moved here from America.. Well.. a few weeks ago actually... Are you from around here?"
Duh he's from around here!.. Idiot, that was a stupid question to ask him.. Kimiko thought to herself before quickly correcting herself.
"I mean, do you live around here?" She said quickly in hopes he would forget the first question she asked him.

He blinked from Kimiko's little wording mistake and then ignored it."Om yea...I live just 2 houses down the road..."He said kinda quietly. He turned his head to the side, looking away from Kimiko. Kamoku's shyness was geting the beter of him again.

Kimiko looked down the road a ways and back the other way. She didn't know what direction her was talking about but that didn't really matter. She didn't want to give the impression that she wanted to know exactly where he lived.. that might be rude.. or just weird.
"Well thats cool... I live somewhere away from here.." Kimiko said with a bit of a laugh.
I hope I can find my way home.. heh heh.. Don't think it was a great idea to wonder when your new to an area... Oh well.. I could always call my daddy from a pay phone.. if I can find one...Kimiko though to herself.
