The Imperial Okami Cavalry was formed up on the other side of the hill 6 of the Cavalry commanders sat on horse back on the hill over looking Yumi's village. The Cavalry troopers wore the same Uniform as the Infantry except with Kepi's instead of the Caps the Infantry wore. The Cavalry troopers were armed with Carbine Rifles and a Cavalry Sabre. Then the Signal was given to attack and the Officers that started charging with their revolvers drawn and pointing at the village. Then all the other Cavalry troopers on the other side of the hill began charging as well except with their carbines un-saddled and in their hands. They Formed around their officers and when the order was given they began firing while charging on horse back at the Village. The Villagers were caught by surprise and many were shot. As the Cavalry entered the village they pulled out their sabres and put their rifles away and began slashing at the villagers but the Villagers revolted using their Ninja weapons. Not only was the Villagers caught by surprise so was the Cavalry they hadn't expected all the villagers to revolt. When they realized that fighting with their Sabres might not be good enough they began to return their sabres to their scabbard and began shooting the villagers with their carbines and revolvers.

The Bugles sounded charge as the Cavalry charged at the village by the end of their assault the village had been set a flame and many were killed and many retreated into the forest but one wasn't killed. The one who wasn't killed was a girl that Yumi had been caring for she was taken hostage. Though they Had successfully attacked the village and destroyed it They went up against Ninjas and many of the Cavalry men were killed when they entered the village. A few by Booby traps and a few by the Ninja's that were on guard. The Cavalry then began their return to the Slayers village leaving the village in ruins and many wounded and dieing. They had a Hostage that was good enough.

Some of the villagers where trained ninjas and where defending there village with all there strength, slashing and killing as many soldiers as they could.

The Cavalry left the village occaisionally as they rode off they would turn around and fire shots at those who chased them.

The ninjas where angry so they ran after the soldiers.Only one stayed behind to tend to the dead till the others cam back.They ran as fast as they could and where catcj=hing up fast.

The Cavalry stopped and turned around and fired at the Running Ninja's with their Carbines and revolvers As the one with the kidnapped girl rode off toward the Eastern Lands.

All the ninjas where caught off gaurd and where killed on the spot.One ninja who clinged to life reached his hand in the air as he saw them carry the girl away."oichi......Yumi.."he mimbled

The Cavalry officer then aimed his revolver and shot the man who clinged to life. "I will not have the ninja survive and later combat us in the future..." he said then he rode off with his subordinates following him.
