A Secret Meeting was held by the Rulers of the Imperial Armed Forces. It was held in a Meeting room Beneath the Head Quarters of the Imperial Army And in the Meeting were Generals from the Imperial Army and Admirals from the Imperial Navy the only ones not present at the meeting were Generals of the Samurai Regiments and the Civilian Militia Regiment who were not a branch under the Navy or the Army. General Toka whiped His Glasses and then Rose from his seat "This Meeting has been called to discuss the Question of Do we need the OkamiTaisho in reign anymore? I along with many others think not The Wolf General is only a Half Demon and isn't even Pure Japanese and the Rule of Inheritance to the Position states: The Next OkamiTaisho must be Purely of the Land of the Rising Sun and must be Wolf Demon. And We Requested Permission from him to Try and Arrest her and Capture her But He Denies us the Permission! Saying that it was False and Forbidding us to Take any Action against Kagura... THIS CLEARLY GIVES US THE RIGHTS TO SEIZE THE RULING OKAMITAISHO AND REPLACE HIM!" General Toka slammed his fist on the Table "I say we take a Vote..." He said once again and everyone took a vote by writing on a piece of paper if they were for or against the idea of Seizing and OVerthrowing the Empire. This was rigged though for The Top Ranks of the Imperial Navy were Outnumbered by the Top Ranks of the Imperial Army Since the Imperial Navy was small with not many ships but plenty Sailors it didn't have much Admirals compare to the Imperial Army which had more than half of what the Navy had.
