Ketsueki walked through the forest with his eyes closed and his head slightly lowered.It was night and he decided that him and Minazuki needed a place to sleep.

Minazuki was walking a bit behind him, annoyed at the dried up blood that was on her face from an earlier fight, she sighed, letting her hand fall down to her katana, unsheathing it and raising it infront of her face, using it as a mirror.
"Ne, Ketsueki-kun, it was a fun fight earlier, don't you think?"

Ketsueki looked around for a sturdy tree to sleep in.He stopped looked after he had found one and looked back at Minazuki.
"If you say so,but i don't think it's fun fighting.I only fight to survive and protect."He walked over to the tree he spotted and knelt down.He started making a fire and he made one easily."You hungry?"He said looking up at Minazuki.

Minazuki sat down under a tree, putting her katana next to her. She folded her arms and looked over at Ketsueki. "Meh, no, I'm not hungry." she said, then looked up at the dark sky, once again sighing deeply. "I wonder how Sankao and your family is doing. . ."

Ketsueki looked into the fire and nodded.He started sticking a stick in the fire fixing it around so it will last long."I'm sure they're fine."He took the stick out and layed it beside him.He crossed his legs and rested his arms on his knees.

Minazuki stood up. "I'm going for a walk. . . I need to wash this blood away." She stated, picking up her katana and standing up. "I'll be back soon." She then smiled sarcasticly. "Don't get into any trouble when I'm away, neh?"

Ketsueki nodded slightly and smiled."Yea,but i know you won't listen."He put his hands behind his head and layed back against the tree."Be careful.."

"If I'm carefull I wouldn't be myself." Minazuki said, then walked off into the forest. She arrived at a lake after walking a while, then sat down on her knees, the moon's light was shining onto the lake, giving it a very peacefull appearance. She sighed, putting her katana aside and cupping her hands, dipping them into the lake, bringing water up to her face, washing the stains of blood away, none of the blood was her own of course.
After having washed the blood away, she looked at her reflection in the lake. 'Is this really me. . . ? I'm not much of a woman am I. . . ? I don't know what I am any more. . .' she thought to herself as she continued staring at her reflection. She closed her eyes, remembering blood, blood and dead bodies on the ground, the red blood ruining the perfection of white snow.
Minazuki then opened her eyes again. 'Minazuki Kaitou. . . The heartless user of the Kaitou technique. . . Am I human. . . Or a monster. . . I'm not sure any more. . .' she thought, she felt her eyes sting, and hot liquid running down her face, tears, she quickly wiped them away, there was no one around, but crying was a sign of weakness. She bit her bottom lip slightly, then released it from her bite before picking up her katana and starting to walk back toward where Ketsueki was.

Ketsueki was looking up at the sky,at the moon.He unfolded his arms from behind his head and rested them on his knees again."She should be careful,i wish she would be.Sometimes i think i understand her more than she understands herself.."He lifted his right arm and picked up the stick,putting it in the fire.A few sparks flew in the air as the stick hit the ember in the fire.

Minazuki returned and sat back down under a tree, once again putting her katana aside, she didn't say anything though, she just folded her arms and leaned back, closing her eyes to rest. "Ne, Ketsueki-kun. . . Where will we be going tomorrow?"

Ketsueki thought for a moment and looked at Minazuki."Well,maybe we should walk to the East.I'm not sure what we will find there,but we have no particular place to be going."

"East it is then. . ." Minazuki muttered, before falling asleep.
--MORNING--
Minazuki woke before Ketsueki and stood up, she then made food for when Ketsueki woke, she made the usual bowl of rice, miso soup and some bread, as soon as the food was done, she walked over to Ketsueki and poked him in the shoulder to wake him up.

Ketsuekie woke up and quickly leaned forward.He was a little startled,but quickly came to his scenses.He looked up at Minazuki."Oh..hey"

"Food's ready. . ." Minazuki said, then walked over and took her share of the food and sat back under her tree and started eating slowly, as they didn't have a lot right now, she found it best to enjoy what they had.

Ketsueki took the food and looked at it.He started eating it slowly and looked up at Minazuki."I can get more from a village if your still hungry."He picked at his food and stood up holding the food in his left hand.He sat the bowl of food down and stretched,bending his arms.
